Based in Hanover, Vision Lasertechnik is a German manufacturer of mobile semi-automatic laser welding machines. While some operations are manual, for instance the positioning and motion of the laser head, others, such as laser power, laser spot overlap, spot size etc, are automatic/programmed.
This is an advantage because there is no need to program the machine positioning and motion. This manual operation makes life easier when welding complex shapes, like in mould repair. Or if you need to carry out repairs on various medical instruments, which would otherwise require lots of different programs and handling devices.
Raymax partners with Vision Lasertechnik for their high quality machines with the latest laser technology, backed by decades of experience.
When welding something cumbersome, like a mould, it’s much easier to take the welding machine to the part, rather than the opposite. Vision Lasertechnik machines make this possible. Being able to wheel the machine also provides a larger process area and reach. These lasers are very accurate, synchronising the laser pulse with the operator speed. The result? A consistent, high-quality weld.
We make laser light work for you. We’ve spent over 30 years demonstrating what’s possible with lasers. In doing so, we’ve helped modernise Australian and New Zealand industries. You’ll be working with a team of physicists and factory-trained engineers—leaders in the supply of laser solutions and photonics equipment. We’re experts in material interaction research. Wherever possible, you’ll be introduced to new technology that can improve operation in ways you might not have imagined possible.
