The laser beam specificity makes the process very stable with fewer layer defects. It doesn’t require a mistake-prone autofocus function, so you get a more reliable result.
Mask aligners
KLÓE’s mask aligner systems allow you to quickly and accurately reproduce set patterns using a mask. These compact mask aligners use UV LED sources for a longer lifetime. And thanks to beam coherence vs a UV lamp, you can achieve straighter profiles.
