Prediktera have released version 2026.1 of their Breeze software toolset. Breeze combines data acquisition and analysis with powerful automation tools to make a flexible toolset suitable for the development and implementation of hyperspectral imaging applications.
Breeze Recorder is compatible with a large range of cameras and permits direct view of recordings to ensure data quality. It can be used to control scanner tables and field scanners while synchronizing with camera frame rates to provide seamless data acquisition, and can output data in a wide selection of data formats.
Breeze Analyze includes multiple analysis models including PLS, PCA and Gaussian picture mode. It can import and run externally-trained neural networks using the .ONNX file format, and perform image analysis on the pixel and object level.
Improvements in version 2026.1 include additions to the Spectral Viewer tool such as synchronized dual images allowing for images to be compared side-by-side, an improved Python scripting engine with much faster data processing, increased speed for the USGS PRISM MICA mineral classification descriptor, reduced memory consumption allowing analysis on large images and more.
